From the USA, you will meet with your tour director at the airport’s airline group check in counter before you board your flight to Tokyo, Japan.
Once you have arrived in Tokyo, a tour guide will help you transfer to your hotel in Narita where you can enjoy a nice dinner.
After breakfast in the morning at the hotel, you will receive a tour of Aqualine Umibotaru which is located in the middle of Tokyo Bay. There, you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the Bay from the Observation Deck. Next, you will proceed to the famous city of Yokohama. Chinatown is located in this big city. After lunch, there will be a short ride through the beautiful countryside to Mt. Fuji, the sacred Japanese mountain. There is snow on top of Mt. Fuji all year round. After visiting this mountain, you will proceed to Peace Pagoda and Golden Buddha. You will also visit the Crystal Factory. In the evening, there will be a gourmet Japanese style steamboat dinner at the hotel. At the end of the day, take the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing hot-spring bath at your hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Izu-Hakone Mt. Fuji National Park area. Then, a short, beautiful scenic drive will take you to the Owakudani Volcano Valley. After enjoying a nice Japanese style set lunch, you will proceed to Imperial Palace where you will have some free time to explore the famous Ginza District. In the late afternoon, you will visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, with its Nakamise shopping arcade. The Tasaki Pearl Gallery Narita will be the last stop of the day. There, you can enjoy a Japanese style BBQ buffet farewell dinner
Day 5 Narita to Beijing
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, a tour guide will help you transfer to the airport for a flight to Beijing. Upon arrival in China, you will enjoy dinner at one of the many Chinese restaurants.
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Today’s tour will include visits to the Tainanmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace. Both lunch and dinner be accommodated by local restaurants.
Your tour of China would not be complete without visiting the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall is a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Ming Tomb, the burial ground of the 13 Emperors of the Ming Dynasty. This evening, enjoy a delicious Peking Duck dinner.
In the morning, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, an exquisite example of the Ming Dynasty architecture. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, a tour guide will help you transfer to the airport where you will board a flight to Nanjing. In Nanjing, you will visit the Yangtze River Bridge. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
There will be a morning visit to Dr. Sun Yat Sen’s Mausoleum and Chung Hua Mun. In the afternoon, you will visit the Ling Ku Temple. After the visit, a tour guide will help you transfer to Hangzhou.
In the morning, your tour guide will show you around the beautiful West Lake. You will then visit the Temple of Yue Fei and Lin Yin Temple. Your next visit will be to the Tea Plantation Farm where you can sample the Hangzhou’s famous green tea. Both lunch and dinner will be served at the local restaurants.
From Hangzhou, you will travel to Shanghai. Upon arriving in Shanghai, you can visit the Jade Buddha Temple. You will visit the Nanjing Road in the afternoon. Here, you can walk along the Huangpu River where there are numerous shops to buy souvenirs from. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
After breakfast at the hotel, you can visit the Yue Garden, a remarkable garden built in the 16th century. In the afternoon, you will board an international flight from Shanghai to the USA.
